PANELS
There's a New Jersey Authors’ Network event. taking place at the weekend in the form of a multi-author panel/Q&A co-sponsored by the Monmouth County Library. It happens at the library's headquarters building in Manalapan (click here for directions) this Saturday (April 24th) - starts at 2:00pm.
This is the third one I’ve organized, and if it’s anything like the first two, then you’re in for an entertaining and informative session. The theme is “Mastering the Art of Suspense”
Featured writers are: Lee Barwood; Jonnie Comet; Peggy Ehrhart; Neil Morris (who’ll be representing the Garden State Horror Writers); Jeff Markowitz and E. F. Watkins (2004 EPPIE winner - not to mention the proud recipient of last year’s Meager Puddle of Limelight Award for best opening line).
If you’d like to attend, I hope to see you there.
PUDDLES
On a Puddling note, voting is well underway to select the winner of this year's Meager Puddle of Limelight Award for Best Short Story Title. If you haven’t yet selected your favorite, there’s still time, but remember, the polls close this Sunday, April 25th, at 3:00pm (US Eastern).
That's it from me. Time to dive back into my rewrite.
