GOOD NEWS!
I was originally going to moderate this Q&A session with Mr. Adams (until I remembered I might be unavoidably delayed), so the one and only Hildy Silverman (Space And Time magazine), aka hildy9595, stepped up to the plate and will do the honors.

Not only is Hildy better looking, better at moderating, and generally way more knowledgeable than what I is, she also has more hair, so I'd say it's a win all round for everyone who plans to attend.

I'll definitely be there, though I may miss the first few minutes.  I hope you can make it too.

Jon, my seven month old has more hair than you. That's hardly much of a criteria. :)

I've seen JJA's name... Now where was it? Oh yes! On rejection slips!

He does edit some of the better anthos, and I think he's a great hoice for a Q&A session.

If you like, I'll ask why he keeps rejecting that Gustavo bloke ;)

Better not. I might want to actually sell him something one day!

I think I've aquired a few rejection slips from him. Not sure if he even reads past the first paragraph.

I've heard he has a checklist of names of people who wrote bad submissions.

If he sees a story from someone on the list, he not only rejects it out of hand, he circulates your name to all his editor friends with a warning not to bother reading your work.

That's why I always submit under an alias - usually something like Neal, or Gustavo :P

" she also has more hair,"

Have to have your priorities I suppose :)

Have fun with the Q&A session. I'm afraid the commute is just a little to much for me to make it :)
