My pleasure. It's a lot easier than trying to come up with a good post myself ;)

Ditto on the thanks for your efforts! And I particularly enjoyed the Jane Austen PERSUASION posts. Thanks for pointing them out to me.

I thought you might like those :)

Did you see the Northanger Abbey ones (I think Kelly called them 'August at the Abbey')?

No, I'll have to check them out. Although that's a less favored Austen book for me. Still, the worst Austen is better than the best of a lot of other folks.

I know what you mean. The worst ones are the three she wrote with that Powers bloke, though I'm sure she made a bundle on the movie rights ;)

I know it was on my LJ so I'm biased, but I thought Jaime did a first-rate job of interviewing David Kopaska-Merkel. Hard to believe it was her first interview. She conducted it like she'd been doing them for years.

If you think a link's worth sharing, that's good enough for me :)

Besides, I don't believe there's such a thing as 'shameless self-promotion. There's just 'subtle' and 'not so subtle' ;)

Thanks for including A Winter's Persuasion in there - it's interesting looking at what Austen gets up to and, in some cases, how she manages it.

I almost missed the link when you first posted it. Amazing video. I got all choked up after watching it the first time.

Thanks again for sharing :)

Thanks for the post. I couldn't sleep last night so I stayed up and read everybodys posts and responses for hours. You'll be happy to know, it didn't put me to sleep.
