This coming Saturday (September 12th), the GSHW is proud to present award winning editor, Ellen Datlow, who will talk about The Impact of the Economy on the Current Editing Climate.

Where?At the Monmouth County Library (HQ), 125 Symmes Drive, Manalapan, NJ 07726 (opposite Target)
When? Saturday, September 12th – starts at noon.

About Ellen: [info]ellen_datlow’s cabinet is crammed with trophies (including nine World Fantasy awards). The latest addition to her collection is this year’s Hugo Award for Best Editor – Short Form.

Possible Skullduggery
For the last week or so, I've been encouraging my LJ friends to vote for Casey, a cancer sufferer who entered an online Victoria's Secret contest. 

Even though there's definitely something fishy going on with the vote count, I'd still appreciate it if you would please take a moment to go vote for her.  The poll closes on Monday.  I hope the (let's be polite and call it) 'unusual' voting patterns come to light, in which case there may well be a some kind of recount.
