I'm going on an adventure!

Just booked my hotel. I'm off to Gettysburg tomorrow, for two days of R & R (research and writing).

I've never worked so hard on a manuscript (or scrapped everything and started again so many times) as I have with Abraham Lincoln Stole my Homework. On the bright side, I've never been so excited about an idea, or been so happy with the improvements I've made. I'm especially pleased with the results I've gotten after changing from third person pov to first.

How about you?

How's your current WiP going?

I sympathize, Krista.

I've never been afraid to quit on a story, but thankfully, the question never came up with ALSmH. Every time I've made big changes, it's been as a result of one of those 'You know, this would be even better if..." moments, as opposed the usual 'Oh crud, this thing just isn't working' kind.
