Your First Draft Doesn't Have to Suck

I'm working on an article about blogs for the GSHW newletter.  While I was choosing which journal to focus on for this month, I came across an interesting post by author and editor L.J. Sellers, over at workingstiffs' blog spot:  http://workingstiffs.blogspot.com/2009/04/your-first-draft-doesnt-have-to-suck.html#links

I like her take on outlines.  We share the same approach, though she describes her method far better than I ever manage.

She also writes for The Blood Red Pencil, in my opinion, a must read for all serious writers.  If anyone knows of any other useful blogs (not already listed on my friends page), I'd appreciate you letting me know.
