I love your pick of the week, Jon! I belong to a writing group & I've noticed a tendency by several members to really wallow. They just spur each other on and, maybe it's just me, but my desire to respect & support them dwindles with each pity party or catty remark regarding another author's success. But I've been at a loss how to address it without offending everyone. I think I'll definitely be sharing that post. :)
