Maybe it's the LJ maintenance, but the "two words not to use" link is "broken." According to Frank the goat. :)

Thanks for the headsup, Terri. LJ sure isn't making it easy these days :(

All the links are kind of broken. I had to click on actual links under the titles. If I clicked on the titles, they didn't work.
Weird.

Anyway, I really enjoyed the "Two Words" & "Magical Midpoint" articles. :)

Thanks, Kat. The html of the links seem fine, but somehow they go squiffy during the posting process. I'm not sure how.

Oddly enough, I haven't been able to insert blank lines, change font size or even the color of a post on LJ for several months - I have to prepare it on Word :(

i feel like i'm missing something from the first article about syncing your book with your reader - maybe i'm overthinking it, but the article does a lot of telling you what you need to do without really giving you a good example of HOW it's done - the first couple of tips are a bit self explanatory and good for critical thinking, but the one about the body language specifically feels a bit lacking - i think i understand what's being said, but i feel like an example would really help

i should post this on the article itself =/
(i just always tend to stay out of the comments section of the internet in general... too many trolls)

Lol, examples always help, but I thought it was a great post anyway :)

i tend to agree if only because it gets you to thinking about your writing in a way that you might not have looked at before
